Who we are
Boundless isn't just a gimmicky word; it describes the vast scope of God's Love that has captured us - like being caught up in a wave. Together, we want to see how deep we can venture in God's Love and how wide we can share this Love. We are convinced that God loves Vancouver and he will use his church to care for vulnerable families.
Where we come from
Boundless was started in 2015 by 3 couples living in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. We discovered that most people experiencing homelessness and addiction realized trauma as children. We also recognized that many families were serviced by The Salvation Army but not invited into a faith community. We endeavoured to form a church that reaches youth and supports their parents in raising children to know God. Our Community Ministries team is passionate in meeting people where they are at and welcoming them into our community of hope through programs, volunteering and practical support.
Where we're headed
So What? More than ever, Boundless is committed to fostering a community built around hope. Hope for the future. Hope for better. Hope for progress. Hope in Jesus. And as we move forward as a church family, relationships and transformation remain at the center of who we are as followers of Jesus. We welcome neighbours into a community of hope.
What we do
Everyone has hurts and struggles. Together we surrender to God's Love and delight in us, with the hope of living better lives through things like worship, prayer, Bible studies, kids programs and fellowship.
What this means for you
What does this mean for you? Most importantly, you're invited to journey with us. Wherever you're at in your faith journey, you'll always be accepted as part of Boundless Vancouver.
